Card
wallets are a cost effective upgrade from the Poly wallet for
your CDs, making a quality pack that is both durable and lightweight
able to be posted with a standard Royal Mail postage stamp.
Short run CD Card Wallets, offset Litho printed in CMYK Full
colour and in short runs from 100. Offset Litho printed in full
colour and die cut and glued, gives you colour printed CD card
wallets and CD cardboard sleeves. Can be finished with Glossy
UV varnish or Matte varnish.
Larger runs of CD card wallets are also Litho printed in CMYK
full colour on to 220gsm card. They are then and coated with
a gloss UV varnish or matt varnish, die cut and then glued.
No minimum quantity for Litho printed CD card wallets and cd
cardboard sleeve printing.

Board Stocks
All our CD cardboard sleeves are made using a minimum of 220gsm
board. We print as standard on white gloss art board, but also
offer grey back pulp board and recycled pulp board
Print Finishing
UV Gloss coated cardboard sleeve jackets, not only bring to
life the colours in your design, but seal the inks into the
board. Ideal for that luxury feel for retailing.
Matte Varnish carboard sleeve wallets, not only seals the inks
into the board but gives a classy chic feel to your design.
The
most important part of your product but often overlooked or
left to the last minute is the artwork. Yet this is the first
impression you make to the recipient and as they say first impressions
count.
To make things easy we have available for download our most
popular templates. We recommend these are opened in your design
package for you to lay your design over the template to ensure
you have all the critical areas of your design to size and sufficient
